Monitoring

A fix has been implemented to all affected environments and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating

Access to the production and demo RVA websites has been restored. Some functions remain affected, including the vocabulary widget and API requests for ANZSRC FOR and SEO, which may return errors.

We’re continuing to investigate the remaining issues with our hosting provider and working to restore full service. We’ll provide another update when more information is available.
